ALMOST: The American Sign Language (ASL) sign for "almost"

This sign looks a lot like the sign for "easy" except "almost" uses a single motion and "EASY" generally uses a double motion

ALMOST:

Sample sentence: YESTERDAY MY GRANDMOTHER ALMOST CRASH. SHE WHITE-FACED!

Notes:

Also see: BY-A-HAIR
The sign BY-A-HAIR is sometimes used to mean "almost." For example I recently saw someone sign the sentence "I almost died" by signing "I BY-A-HAIR DIE." The meaning was that he missed dying by a hair's breadth.
